Police are investigating a possible connection between two armed robbers on New Years Day. Police say that at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2018, a white male robbed the Bassett Food Mart. The suspect is described as being tall with a thin build, dressed in dark clothing.
The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating the death of a 7-week-old female baby. MPD was called around 5:35 a.m. on Tuesday to N. 91st St. and W. Keefe Ave. Authorities say after a preliminary investigation, co-sleeping could have been a factor in the death.
Bone-chilling cold grips wide swath of US, at least 2 deaths
A plow truck and a car collided early Saturday in Muskego. It happened at about 3:20 a.m. on State Highway 36 and Loomis Road near Thode Drive. Flight for Life was called to take the driver of the car to a local hospital for treatment.

According to the Kenosha Fire Department, no one was hurt in the fire. Fire officials say the building is a total loss and there is damage to a neighbor's home. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
Two people were sent to the hospital following a car accident near 1st and North early Sunday morning, December 24th. Fire officials said the two people were victims of a t-bone accident at a high rate of speed around 3:30 a.m..

A police chief in central Wisconsin has resigned amid a series of misconduct allegations, including misuse of power and failure to enforce the law. Owen Mayor Charles Milliren confirms that Andrew Schade submitted his resignation Wednesday. The Owen City Council had ordered an investigation into Schade after suspecting that he had failed to enforce city, county and state laws.
Children at a daycare in Kenosha got a little scare Thursday morning with a small fire. Kenosha Police tell CBS 58 that smoke was coming from the windows. The fire was initially reported around 9:45 a.m. Kenosha Fire tell CBS 58 that it was a small electrical fire which was contained to the area of origin with minimal damage. The daycare is the Play, Grow & Learn located on 65th Street near 11th Avenue.
Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that happened less than two blocks from a high school. A shooting was reported around 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday at 16th and Olive streets, just east of Rufus King High School. Police said a 53-year-old man was found suffering from several gunshot wounds. He died from his injuries.

A vehicle crashed in Milwaukee on Sunday more than 11 hours after being stolen. Police said they responded to a carjacking around 8:00 a.m. at 29th Street and Capitol Drive. Three suspects allegedly approached a 57-year-old woman and stole her 2006 Lexus ES330.
Milwaukee: An investigation is underway after a crash Sunday night, December 17th near Fond du Lac and Locust. It happened during a police pursuit, and involved multiple injuries and multiple arrests. Police said officers were chasing a vehicle reportedly taken in a carjacking.

Beloit police are investigating a man for allegedly bathing a dog in boiling water. Officers received a call about animal mistreatment on Tuesday, December 12th, and arrived at a 26-year-old’s home to find a golden retriever with patches of skin missing and injuries on her head.
A man is dead after police say he sped off following a traffic stop and slammed into a tree near 59th and Locust. It happened shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16th. "It was so quick," said Aracelis Negron, witness. "The car was twisted."

Green Bay, Wisconsin shooting at 1141 S Packerland Dr: 1 injured
Two people who allegedly provided the heroin that led to a woman's death have been charged with homicide in Adams County. Krystyne Miller, 46, of Friendship, and Luis Cruz, 49, of Adams, have both been tentatively charged with first-degree reckless homicide by drug delivery, while Cruz has also been tentatively charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place and other drug charges, the Sheriff's Office said.
The Green Bay Police Department reports that around 12:55 AM officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of South Packerland Drive. When police arrived, they found a victim who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
Milwaukee: Police responded to a shooting around 8:50 p.m. Wednesday evening near the intersection of 52nd and North. According to police, a 30-year-old man suffered a serious gunshot wound that appears to have occurred during an argument.
